We employed Scott to design a large 2 storey side and back extension with loft conversion. We had various issues with the council’s planning department and Scott was very helpful and informative, and he helped us to finally gain the required planning permission. Scott listened to our ideas on what we wanted for our build project and drew up three initial designs/plans for a two bedroom/one bathroom loft extension and a large kitchen extension. We chose one of the plans that we really liked and he worked further on it with more detail to make it fit exactly to our requirements. 'Scott was introduced to us by a mutual friend to design, plan and oversee the addition of an ensuite wet room to our main bedroom. It was made more complicated (bureaucratic) by the discovery of a foul pipe over 3 metres below the planned building. At all times Scott was diligent, professional and kept us fully informed by email, regular visits and with comprehensive drawings. His brief included interviewing the proposed builders and supervising the building, and at times advising the builders of omissions and areas of quality that required attention. Without Scott's valuable assistance at all stages the work would not have been completed so successfully and without  stress to my wife and I. We would recommend Scott without reservation.
